Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are learning so many new things every day. Our students come with many learning styles and learning needs. Because of the diverse learning styles my students possess, it is important to find ways to remediate skills on an individual basis.
As we approach the end of the school year, we would like to take this opportunity to reorganize our classroom libraries.
This initiative aims to make our libraries more accessible and engaging for our students by categorizing them by topic, theme, author, and genre.
By reorganizing our libraries it will benefit the students by enhancing accessibility, improving reading skills, promoting reading diversity, fostering independence, promoting engagement and enjoyment, and promoting educational collaboration.
Overall, the reorganization of the classroom libraries can have a positive impact on students' reading experiences, learning outcomes, and overall enjoyment of literature. It can create a dynamic and engaging reading environment that supports students' academic growth and fosters a lifelong passion for reading.
