This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Please help my students with these art supplies. They can bring their imagination to life by designing their own miniature sets for the monologues they choose to perform. The set being designed is a physical representation of the spirit of their monologues. With these materials (pencils, glue guns & sticks, crayons, paint, brushes, paper and diorama) my students can explore the impact of technology on design choices in drama/theatre work. This is the first time an Intro to Theater class is being offered. I want my students to know how the skills they learned in the Aerospace, Biology and Information Technology schools can also be applied to theater.
