My Students
My class is a PreK Special Class. Each of my students in my class have their very own special and unique personality. Each of them also have their own individual way of learning. Some of my students learn from observation, and some learn from hands-on.
But all of them are curious little scholars exploring, growing, and learning every day.
My Project
My students are tactile learners. They are also English Language Learners with speech delays. With this 2 station sensory table as a part of our class, they will be able to learn and explore so much more about their world, make inferences with what they touch, and be more comfortable with showing their exploration and telling a peer/adult about it.
This sensory table is what they needed in order to continue to explore bigger and more!
They can explore so many materials using this sensory table. Especially for sink and float activities, they can to touch and see materials floating and sinking. They get to feel the dry sand and wet sand. They get to create and explore sand models, and understand the cause and effect liquid has on sand.
This table will help my students learn so much more!
