This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
"Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of minds to think." Albert Einstein Technology allows students to be creative and take learning into their own hands. My goal as an educator is to support the use of technology in a safe and productive way!
Teachers at my school work tirelessly to serve our students in a way that will support a successful future.
My students face a socioeconomic struggle each day as over 80 percent receive free or reduced price meals. My students are fun, vibrant, and have the true desire to succeed in their studies.
My Project
Having an HP Envy with Intel laptop will enhance learning in our class. If we had a touch screen monitor, it would allow my students to access various interactive websites that specialize in activities at different academic abilities. It would also allow the more advanced students to do research or create projects to show their learning.
Getting this project funded will allow me to differentiate instruction for my students, ensuring that each student is getting what they need to be successful.
It will enable some of my students to have their only access to technology. It will also enable my students to be competitive in the 21st century, as technology is a major part of the world.
