My Project
Hello, I’m the Performing Arts Teacher at our school. We are located in Motown Detroit, Michigan. I teach vocal, dance, and theatre. Our theatre program is new, it started this school year 2023-2024. I added the theatre program when a student asked, “Why don’t we do plays at our school?” My heart sunk when I heard this. “ I replied we don’t have a wireless microphone system”. “We only have one hand held mic in our cafetorium. My student looked at me for a few minutes and walked away. Right then and there I knew what I needed to do. I started. I reached out to another passionate teacher. We got the scripts for the musical, The Wiz. We held auditions, we ordered costumes, we passed out scripts and we began practicing and practicing. Our first musical is scheduled to take place, May 29, 2024 in our school cafetorium. We need a wireless microphone system. We need a wireless microphone system with 8 lapels mics.
