Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The Wild Robot book series has been such a special bonding experience for my students and I this year. My goal every year is to get books in to my students hands, whether it be through my classroom library, our school library, our school book fair, or generous donors like yourself.
This year, I would like to gift each of my students a copy of the third book in the Wild Robot Series, Wild Robot Protects.
The absolute joy this series brings my students is contagious.
It's also sparked a love for reading in even some of my most hesitant readers. Since sharing this series with my students, I have noticed a steady increase in their reading interest, reading comprehension abilities, and reading levels.
