This project will provide my students with hands-on STEM activities in climate change. This project pairs beautifully with our Hydroponic Lab. The students can take the effects of how our plants grow, one step further. Working in small groups, students will be able to create a bio-dome and experiment on how different weather impacts our environment.
Students will be able to experience the impact of pollution on our environment.
Students will be able to capture air pollution, rainwater, and carbon dioxide, and see how these elements affect their bio-dome. This project will extend students' thinking and provide an eye-opening experience on how these pollutants impact our plant life.
