Help me give my students the supplies they will need to be successful this school year. These supplies will be used every day when they come for their daily reading intervention lessons.

My Students
Our school is a Title I school with many students receiving free or reduced-price lunch. Many of the students at our school are considered economically disadvantaged. Some live in poverty and have experienced trauma. Despite this, they are sweet, capable children who are ambitious and hungry for learning.
I have the privilege of working with 48 Kindergarten, first, second, and third grade students who are passionate, curious, and eager to learn how to read!
They come from diverse backgrounds and each has their own way of learning. My students will work hard this school year to strengthen their foundational literacy skills, so they can become successful, literate citizens who will make a difference in our community. They are amazing children and deserve the very best!
My Project
The items purchased through this project will be used to create supply pouches for each of my students. This will ensure every student has their own, personal supplies to use each day. These supply pouches will eliminate the need to share supplies and help keep my students safe and healthy all school year! This also allows me to provide supplies instead of students having to bring supplies to and from their classroom every time they come to work with me. My students love having their very own supply pouch and group time is not wasted passing out supplies, in turn maximizing learning time.
More than half of students from low‑income households
