The Storytellers: Celebrating Women Who Tell Stories

Help me give my students books to celebrate Women History Month: The Story of RBG. Katherine Johnson, Amelia Earhart, a Galaxy Night light and bean bag!

My Project

March is Women's History Month. Through books, I want my students to read about and meet women athletes, entertainers, politicians, scientists, entrepreneurs and activists who have a story to tell. I am looking for books about women who have shaped our history. My classroom library collection of books about women is lacking. My goal is to collect books that feature female change makers.

They have a story to tell us: I want my students to read their stories and hear their voices.

With this collection, our classroom library would receive an injection of fresh diverse new books which represent women from a variety of cultures, countries, and careers, flexible seating, and a galaxy lamp for book viewing.
