My Students
This is a community of people who have built a school that is special. The students and parents know the importance of education. The children come into the classroom ready to solve a problem. They love to ponder and persevere.

I enjoy working with these individuals. One of my students drew a picture of a sponge dressed as a scholar. They truly are ready to absorb anything you teach them. I love this enthusiasm for learning.
My Project
These materials will make independent reading time more engaging and enjoyable. They will give my students the opportunity to practice skills necessary to becoming a scholar.
Let's make reading practice fun!
They will get to explore the world of animals with leveled nonfiction text. Nonfiction books are important for the success of a child in school. I want my students to have these readily available for their independent reading time. They will also get to practice beginning reading skills with interactive games.
We all love to cuddle up to a good book! They can grab a pillow and do just that.
