Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
It fills me with great joy as a teacher to witness my middle school students' enthusiasm for science. I strive to offer them fulfilling and unforgettable experiences in my classroom.
Even though my students attend a Title I school, they deserve an exceptional educational experience.
As aspiring scientists, they deserve a captivating and stimulating science education. I believe that by cultivating an inclusive and interactive learning environment, they will develop a greater appreciation for STEM subjects.
To enhance the learning experience, my 7th graders will benefit significantly from the animal cell model, magnetic human model, and Newton's cradle as manipulatives when we study cells/living organisms and force and motion.
The plasma ball will be an excellent addition to my 8th-grade class as we study energy transfer.
My current and future students will appreciate the inflatable couches as another form of flexible seating and the ambiance that the lava lamps and colorful string lights add to the classroom.
