My Students

Smartboards, computers, and clickers, oh my! We are lucky enough to have a Smartboard in our classroom, but we are looking for a new way to use it! A brand new set of clickers is just what we need.

My classroom is filled with rambunctious, fun loving, 4th graders.

I have three different classes each day, so 60 students go through my room on a daily basis. They love anything that has lots to do with technology and little to do with paper and pencil. I want to give my students as many opportunities to learn as possible and adding clickers to my classroom will give me one more opportunity to reach them.

My Project

I am requesting a new set of Elmo clickers to use with our Smartboard. The clickers allow each student to utilize and interact with the Smartboard at the same time. When using the clickers we are able to practice and review skills that are necessary for my students to succeed.

I have had the opportunity to move with this group of students for the last three years.

I know and love these kids and want them to learn in any way they can. I was able to borrow a set of clickers from another teacher last year, but because we are in a different building I no longer have that option. My students have been begging to use clickers for the last few weeks and any time they are asking to do an activity means I have gotten something right! Please help me provide for my students.
