Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
From wiping tables, vacuuming, and helping to clean up, my young kindergarteners love to help out and stay organized. It’s for this reason that I am requesting these book bins. I currently teach English and Spanish and this year I received duplicates from reading books, picture cards, and activity books. Due to this, we feel overwhelmed with so many books and resources that are out of place.
I would love to provide my students with a safe and organized learning environment.
It is for this reason that I am requesting these baskets. If our project gets funded, I am going to label the baskets and I am going to teach my students how to find and put away their books in the correct bins.
My kindergartners are bright and awesome individuals,I know they would benefit from having these baskets in our classroom. If you would like to help us out, we would truly appreciate it!
