My Project
If you are in the teaching world, everyone knows that most learning occurs with hands on projects. A subject that is taught among multiple levels is identifying 3D shapes and their attributes.
Being able to distinguish between a drawing of a 3D shape and being able to actually physically HOLD them are two different things.
This grant would provide a multitude of 3D shapes for all grade levels kindergarten through third. Studdents will be able to physically hold, touch, and recognize faces, edges, and vertices instead of trying to identifying them in 2D on paper.
