My Project

As the STEM teacher at my elementary school I am so fortunate to teacher every child in grades K-5. The focus of the Science meets Literacy lessons for 1st graders is The Five Senses. We explore each sense with awesome and engaging Hands On Minds On learning experiences.

Imagine each class of 1st graders using their binoculars to explore their world up close and personal!

Binoculars will teach them a different way to see the world.

These binoculars will bring a new perspective to write and draw about in their Five Senses Journals when they return to class. I know they will add excitement and engagement to the lessons on the sense of sight!
