My Project
Students learn essential real-world kitchen skills that prepare them for careers in the food industry. One simple but vital tool we’re missing is an ice maker. From chilling ingredients to properly storing food and beverages, ice is a daily necessity in any professional kitchen.
We rely on store-bought bags of ice, which are not only costly but also limit our ability to run smooth, efficient lessons.
An in-class ice maker will enable students to cool food during labs safely, prepare refreshing drinks during beverage service lessons, and learn proper food safety procedures as outlined by industry standards.
With your support, we can equip our students with the necessary tools to practice professional culinary techniques and enhance their hands-on learning experience.
