The Road to Decode

Help me give my students non-fiction decodable books to practice the reading skills they have learned.

My Project

My students are working hard to learn to communicate, read, and write in English. They come to school excited to learn the language and make friends, but can become easily discouraged when things get hard. It is so important to have texts that are just right for their learning needs. These decodable texts will help my students practice the skills they are learning.

Students need multiple opportunities to practice new skills within text.

These decodable readers will provide nonfiction text for them to practice and learn these skills as they work through learning the English language and how it works. My students are always excited to read another book and these will provide another engaging text, focused on their needs.
