These books and resources will allow my students to engage in their first project based learning unit. These materials will give them the opportunity to work through the process of identifying a problem within our global community, and how their school community is most impacted. The books will be used to research and become experts on why recycling is so important, so they can then develop ideas to help the school become more efficient recyclers. The rest of the supplies will allow students to design, develop, and construct hands-on solutions to the problem.
