it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My classes love to supplement our subject material with a good fiction book that allows students to have a look into the medieval time period that we are studying. For our Renaissance unit we want to read The Prince and the Pauper by Mark Twain. This is a story of a Prince and a Pauper who are the same age and switch places to experience one another's life. I am really looking forward to sharing this book with my students as well as exposing them to Mark Twain's first attempt at historical fiction.
