This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are hardworking and enthusiastic English language learners in a Title I school. Most of them speak another language at home and are beginners in terms of English language proficiency. However, they are eager to learn English!

Please help my students learn a new language by providing them with learning materials in color.

With color ink, I can print vowel charts in color to help my students produce and understand sounds, even when they can't fully explain a pronunciation. I can print color-coded materials to help my students visualize words and differentiate them from others. Color can also help my students with memory by capturing words and images during the recall process.
