My Project
In our classroom, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where every student can thrive—not just academically, but emotionally as well. The items I've selected for this project are all focused on helping my students develop self-regulation skills. These tools will empower them to manage their emotions, reduce anxiety, and build focus and confidence throughout the school day.
From sensory tools and flexible seating to calming visuals and mindfulness materials, each item serves a purpose: to help students recognize their feelings, make positive choices, and stay engaged in learning.
These resources are especially critical for students who struggle with attention, behavior, or emotional regulation, and they will benefit the entire classroom community by promoting a calmer, more focused learning environment.
