This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are 20 of the sweetest, most hardworking, and most curious pre-kindergarten children you will ever meet. They all have the most beautiful smiles and the biggest dreams.
We are a Title I school that prides itself on making sure that each and every one of our precious students knows they can be successful.
All of our children are eligible to participate in the free lunch and breakfast programs. My students are kind-hearted and are determined to do their very best every single day.
I am requesting a copy of the book The Pigeon HAS to go to School for each of my students to have for their very own. This book will give them the joy of reading and listening to stories as a family with a book character they are all ready familiar with.
