Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project was created to support and build a safer, more inviting, and better-organized classroom for my scholars. With your help, locking storage cabinets will secure daily materials, including student technology and communication devices. These cabinets will also help protect essential classroom supplies that can easily become overused or misplaced.
Additionally, the large classroom rug would create a clean, comfortable space for group activities, reading, and collaborative learning.
A smaller rug will serve as a calm-down area where students can go when they feel frustrated or simply need a quiet moment to regulate their emotions.
These thoughtful improvements will foster a welcoming, structured environment where students feel safe, supported, and ready to thrive. Any contribution, big or small, will make a meaningful difference—thank you for investing in our classroom community!
