This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These students inspire me daily with their resilience, passion for learning, and unwavering determination to overcome challenges. They bring a unique spark into our community—a reminder that every setback is just another step toward personal growth. This project is built on my deep admiration for their courage and commitment, and it creates a dedicated space where they can pause, reset, and prepare themselves for success.

The therapy putty and weighted animal offer tactile, calming experiences that help students manage stress when emotions run high. Motivational wrist bands serve as constant reminders of their strength and potential, fueling self-confidence during testing moments. These tangible tools empower them to harness their inner calm, turning moments of overwhelm into opportunities for reflection and growth.
Complementing these sensory aids, the practical additions—tissues, noise-cancelling headphones, hand sanitizer, and soothing mood lighting—transform the space into a nurturing haven.
