My students need 32 AA batteries, a charger, 2 toner cartridges, and an electric pencil sharpener to continue using all of the other products we have been been given through grants and awards.

My fantastic 11 and 12th graders deserve projects that run smoothly and are more than excited about using materials that were previously funded on Donor's Choice. We are waiting for listening centers and cameras to make learning more dynamic. However, the economic situation at my school does not leave funds for batteries and other nuts and bolts.
Sadly, my urban students are more than used to things that are broken or do not work. We need the basics to keep the wonderful materials we have been given in proper working order.
The batteries and charger will be used to power camcorders and listening centers. The ink and pencil sharpener will allow me to continue producing interesting handouts and keep students informed of their grades. Although these materials may seem mundane, we currently do not have them, and they are needed to keep exciting projects going.
Your help will make it possible for many groups of students to enjoy the materials, so that they do not go unused while waiting for batteries or more ink. These small gifts will be the oil that helps to grease our learning machine!
