Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love being able to work with small groups in my classroom, but I am very limited when it comes to the work I can do sometimes. If i need to do somehing on a whteboard, I need to use a small handheld board. I would love an easle with more space that can be moved and used in any part of my classroom.
This white board can be moved around so I can use it at my rug for a group lesson, at my groupwork table with work with a smaller group of students, or in the front of the room in addition to my smartboard.
Also, this board is magnetic, so I can also use different manipulatives like letters, counters, fraction stips, and so many more. This would help my students visualize my lessons better and helpgive concrete examples for struggling learners.
In third grade, students learn many new concepts that they are not familiar with. This would help my students get introduced to new topics.
