This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

As a second grade team, we have been fortunate to meet incredible kids that teach us something new everyday. They are kids that care about their education and are motivated and funny! They love to work on hands-on activities and really keep you on your toes! Although, we have not met our new students yet and given the worldly circumstances for this upcoming school year we are looking forward to engaging in new and creative ways to bring out the best in each one of them!

My Project

From the blue canals of Venice to the deepest pockets of the Milky Way Galaxy, and every living animal in between...Our classroom might be virtual this year; but we're taking it beyond the webcams of our Google Meets.

We want to bring the world to our students by using the latest technology in our classroom.

COVID will not hold us back! We want to be able to use new technology such as doc cams and iPads in order to create and incorporate visual and creative resources to the virtual environment. With the help of your donations we can provide a classroom of young, curious, developing minds the tools take the world by storm (virtually, of course!).

Let us offer the opportunity for ALL our students to participate in innovative learning experiences using the best technology we can get. We're heavily relying on these resources. With the right tools, we can really show our students just how awesome virtual learning can be!
