My Project
I am growing into a better teacher as my students help me understand what children their age really look for in their environment. I look forward to them being in my room every morning and at some point in the day we have talk time, where we can unwind and discuss anything they want. They are growing so fast and their insight is priceless.
The point here is to get these wonderful children a place that is fun and not on a bare cold floor, the rug is a place where they can assemble when we have our talks and they want to get on the floor and out of chairs for a break.
I have also been letting them be responsible technology users and they have learned how to print out master printout sheets that we can make mass copies of and the printer will round out our work station.
Overall, these things will start with this group and be perfected for use with future generations of students. It is a new way of teaching and learning in this neighborhood and environment. Thank you in advance!
