My Project

With this project, I am requesting children's read-aloud books for our classroom library. Each book selected coincides with a unit in our CKLA Knowledge curriculum. From Native Americans to seasons and weather and everything in between. Having taught multiple grade levels, I've found that kids of all ages love to be read to. Keeping the books relevant to what we are learning not only enhances the required curriculum but builds listening comprehension and adds enjoyment to our day! By helping to fund this project, you are building a classroom library that supports our new curriculum, and thus, these stories will be enjoyed for years to come!
