My Students

My classroom is nestled in a rural area that contains many diverse ways of life. There are many children who do not have access to technology at home.

It is full of kiddos striving to learn, fit in, make a difference, and show empathy on a daily basis.

With each new year, these kiddos never cease to amaze me... they are so very eager to learn as much as possible.

Empathy is a way of life in our classroom, and my prayer is that it is something they will continue to practice once out in the world and on their own. They have worked extremely hard to consider the feelings of others, and to be kind to all.

I would love to be able to surprise them by telling them we are getting new chrome books!

My Project

In 4th grade, we have several research projects to help the students master the standards for the year.

The World Wide Web is full of helpful information that allows students to be successful in their research assignments.

With that in mind, the proper tools and accessories needed for research is very important. Students can navigate a chrome book easily, and the mice assist in easing their efforts to find just what they need.

I would love for my students to be able to have one on one time with a chrome book in order to complete the necessary assignments in class.
