My students need a library of books within the classroom to increase the love of reading. I would love to inspire them with new books to continue to read.

My Students

Welcome to 2nd grade!! My students grow up in a small community and are raised with low-income families. That doesn't stop their love of learning and growing in knowledge. The school the students attend is K-12 feels like a private school environment. One big family on campus as the students grow and stay together through High School.

Every day my students say, Look My Best, Do My Best, Be My Best!

The school focuses on character matters every day! When our character is at it's best we can do our best in all we do. With small class sizes we focus on improving students reading and math skills through multi-subjects.

My Project

Books! My students have a very limit classroom library of books. I would love to fill it up. The one shelf on the book shelf is worn out books that have been already read by most of my students.

The more that you learn, the more places you'll go." Dr. Seuss

They will be able to use these BOOKS during our whole group and small group time and during DEAR time (Drop Everything And Read). Your generous donation to our project will improve our 2nd classroom by building a stronger readers. This will change our students' lives for the better. They will love school and become a successful reader at an early age --- having choices!
