My Students
My students are a very adaptable and flexible bunch. They may not know many mathematical concepts, but they can manipulate numbers to their advantage. They view the world in simple yet complex terms through relationships that they create with their own environments.
My students are, in essence, very creative and able to make more with less.
Having to deal with that on an ongoing basis, the one thing that never comes from them is excuses and complaints.
To me, they are the bomb.
My Project
I want my students to experience the greatest things in technology and combine that with their practical applications, that they use every day, and experience and see that it can be used to build the future. I want my students to take an active role in changing the world and rediscovering the concept of making it efficient.
These materials can create a world beyond a world that they see every day, and can physically shape the future with what they have in the palm of their hand.
The world is theirs to take and shape with however they please. All because of a high powered calculator.
