This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Math can be a bit tricky for some students. My goal is to help them visually understand the math problems they are working on so that they can transfer what they see onto the paper they are working on. I also have students who only speak Spanish so the dictionaries will help them translate from English To Spanish and Spanish to English.

Sometimes my students get frustrated and want to give up on what they are working on when they run into a problem that they can't quite understand.

Please consider giving my students an opportunity to explore and learn. I am also starting an art wall in my classroom for students to express themselves through art I just recently bought a laminator and will be using the sheets to frame their work and post it on my Sour Patch Kids Art Wall!
