Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Unfortunately, we do not have access to a Science lab at school. With the materials that I am asking for, we will be able to have a Science lab inside the classroom!
The materials that are on my list such as magnifiers, microscopes, magnets are aligned to the kindergarten curriculum.
We want to observe our surroundings like plants, animals and insects.
We want to give them a better feel for materials such as metal and non metal. We want to introduce them to physics and chemistry principles like oil and water, capacity, change in matter, etc.
We would like to give the students the tools to build inquirer minds!
