This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I am an educator in a low-income city school district. My students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to ensure that they all leave the grade as better readers, writers and life-long learners.
I go to work every day hopeful and eager to inspire even our youngest learners to continue on a path of academic excellence.
I know there are a number of things that may prevent my students from succeeding but I do everything I can, as their teacher, to focus on their potential and growth every single moment I get in their day.
My Project
This mobile whiteboard will make lessons much clearer and easier to view. This mobile whiteboard will me us bring the lesson closer to the screen, especially if a specific part of the lesson needs to be emphasized or made clearer for students to view. The computer camera lens is stationary, but this mobile white board will help zooming into the lesson with just one push or pull.
This whiteboard is made for the the new remote learning environment but could easily be used afterwards for in-person small groups of students.
This mobile whiteboard will have a great use and a long life in my classroom.
