My Project

I have an amazing group of 6-8 graders. They're energetic, team oriented, and passionate about their sports. From our units on volleyball and team ball, it's evident that court based sports, such as pickleball, will be a big hit with our students. The constant rotations and team play will allow players to work collaboratively in achieving a common goal. The non-contact element of pickleball will allow students of all calibers to access this sport. I plan on using all eight pickleball nets to create multiple levels of play. The travel cart will allow us to be mobile with our pickeball games. Pickle ball is a great way to introduce a whole new area of racquet sports to our classes in a fun and engaging way.
