This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I have twenty bilingual bicultural students that are 4 years of age. Because our school is an International Baccalaureate school I have the pleasure of introducing different genre of music. Also, introducing different cultures around the world. My students come from different countries such as Ecuador, Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and U.S.A
My students are caring, creative and risk-takers.
They are free willing to embark in all the different areas of the classroom. They enjoy building, painting, drawing, reading, science, dancing, and working on the computer.
My Project
Help me instill the Joy and Love for reading in my students by donating to our project. Because of the success of last year, I am ready to tackle a new group of young eager readers.
With your help, I can give my students their first taste of reading.
Because Bob books are grouped in reading levels it will help my students to get a head start in reading before entering kindergarten. The book set also comes with activities that they can do at home to reinforce their learning at school.
