My Students
My students are an amazing group of individuals who desire to increase their culinary repertoire. It is my honor to take them on the journey through food while imparting all my knowledge onto them so they can pursue their culinary dreams. This program will give them the opportunity to delve into fine dining, catering, and professional chef services. The experiences allows them to decide which area of culinary world they would like to explore for a future career.
It will also offer them the possibility to host private culinary events or dinners to earn income and make our program self-sufficient as well as escalate our agenda to provide more skills and opportunities to thrive
My Project
The material in this project will help them elevate their mastery of culinary to ensure they are career ready. By offering them the ability to learn new and relevant food preparation techniques they will be able to do a stage in class the ensure their ability to succeed in the industry.
Students in the advanced culinary class will create dishes for competitions like chopped, create five star desserts, and make gourmet cookies to sell for school trips and events.
