My Project
I teach math classes that require significant use of the whiteboard to solve mathematical problems. A 12.9-inch iPad Pro along with an Apple Pencil is deemed appropriate for my students and my needs. An iPad Pro will allow for the balancing of curricula while presenting engaged learning experiences to my students. Using interactive math apps along with the traditional teaching methods will allow students to practice math in a fun way and improve their willingness to solve math problems. The iPad Pro will provide Apps that serve as a tool for informal assessment to check for understanding of the math concepts.
The use of iPads opens up a completely new approach of teaching and learning in a society that is becoming more and more dependent on technology.
Educational applications of iPads are endless, and they can be a great asset to any classroom and all my students.
