My Project
My students have very little exposure to actual hands on experience. Most of the district used books to teach science. I would like an opportunity to expose my students to an actual dissection. Students will explore the anatomic structure, both externally and internally, of a frog. The goal is to increase the awareness of, not only practical experience, but to introduce the vast amounts of careers in science. At many schools a dissection is seen as routine, here the students have not had a single lab in over 5 years! This would be heaven sent for many of our students!
