Our middle school program places a strong emphasis on academics while also emphasizing professions and vocational skills for our students. Students learn to live independently and transfer to the workforce as they gain new skills. Students will be able to socialize and sympathize with their peers and adults as a result.
Meeting my student's needs by incorporating technology as an engaging and multi-sensory approach is my number one priority!
This academic year will be filled with unexpected challenges, and these materials will be needed more than ever before. My classroom currently does not have any technology and we all know technology plays a big part in this world today. Incorporating technology in the classroom will help my students learn the skills that are needed and they will be able to apply them outside of the classroom.
