My Project
Help me bring back the love of reading inside the classroom! I spend countless hours planning and looking for books that I know my students will enjoy and have great discussions on.
In using the book Hunger Games, my students will be able to have grand discussions on government, human rights, and the role that decision making plays in each of our lives.
I recall the excitement I had for reading as a child in the 90's, and I want to recreate that feeling for my students. This book will also help me to continue to keep my students engaged in reading and help to show that reading can be just as exciting as video games or the internet. This book will also help us to continue our 25 book campaign journey. Long live reading!
