The Holocaust in 8th Grade

Help me give my students more nonfiction narrative about the Holocaust. They need to read people's stories to make the connection between the humanity and not focus solely on the numbers.

My Project

During the pandemic, I lost a lot of my novels. Students had them at home and didn’t return them. I taught last year with digital books, but that is time consuming and screen time is a concern for me. I have ordered physical books so my students can have physical copies. Books are so expensive and having enough for all my students is a concern. The in-class books are great, but if someone is absent, they can’t take a book home unless they have their own copy. I’m a firm believer in reading and having enough books will make this so much easier.
