This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

These kids are, quite simply, rock stars! They have shown perseverance and grit through a whole year and a half of online learning and we are ecstatic to welcome them back into the classroom! This year, our class will use their courage, ingenuity, and bright spirits to make fifth grade a memorable and powerful chapter in the story of their learning.

My Project

With a subscription to StoryWorks, students will have access to a variety of timely, relevant and engaging texts--such as articles, stories, plays and poems--along with rich illustrations. Even reluctant readers can engage with content that builds on their previous mastery and pushes them to new heights of learning and understanding.

A subscription to StoryWorks will equip our students with as many tools as possible for their success.

Scholastic puts engaging and rigorous texts in the hands of students in a way that invites them into the world of reading. These publications will be available to students whether they are learning virtually or in-person.
