This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The holiday books I have chosen will help enrich my classroom library. I have created a classroom library where students can really fall in love with reading. I teach my students to take care of the books that are placed in our classroom library. The books I have chosen will help my students strength their reading skills. These books are at their independent reading levels. Students will also be able to enjoy Christmas themed unit lesson and activities that I will create with the donation of these books. Therefore, making the Christmas season a lot more fun and exciting for them.
