My Students
Hi Everyone! My students are amazing third graders in Brooklyn, NY who have been beyond resilient during this period of uncertainty. They have showed true strength and perseverance during the transition to distance learning and I am seeking digital resources that will enhance the learning process while we adapt to the many changes we will face in the 2020-21 school year.
My Project
With the uncertainty of the 2020-21 school year looming, I am seeking funding to support digital learning in my classroom. I am seeking gift cards to Teachers-Pay-Teachers, which would in turn allow me to access a library of digital resources designed by teacher like me. The gift cards would be used to purchase Google Classroom-compatible Google Slides, Powerpoint, and PDF teacher-created activities. The resources would be used to provide classwork across all subject areas from math, reading, writing, science, social studies, and social skills.
As a third grade special education teacher, I am well-versed in differentiation to meet the needs of my learners.
My students learn best through a multi-sensory approach, specifically with the use of visuals. The gift cards would allow me to purchase varied learning materials, including worksheets, presentations, interactive activities, etc. across all subject areas. My students deserve the best and I am seeking funding to provide them with just that! Please consider supporting some of the most amazing third graders around. They are truly hardworking and dedicated with an innate drive to succeed. My students truly love school and digital resources will help provide much needed support in a time of uncertainty.
