Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students love learning new things everyday. Despite their living conditions and lack of many things in their daily life, they get to my class ready to learn and happy to be there each day.
Most, if not all of my students come from a low income house hold with parents that work all day, which given them little or no time to spend with their child.
Our school provides us as much as possible, but we still need many resources to better our learning opportunities.
My Project
My students will greatly benefit from having new materials in our gathering/guided reading table. We are in a shortage of reading materials in our guided reading shelf/table. These books will provide us with much more reading/learning opportunities.
My students would also love to have a comfy place to sit while reading their favorite books in our library.
For our technology center we need iPad headphone adapters which will help a lot by lowering the noise level, and the students will be able to focus faster and easier.
In order for all those Kinesthetic learners to better achieve their learning target, the ABC learning tubs will give them these opportunities for their learning.
