it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The students I serve are unique in many ways because they bring culture and unknown experiences from around the world to what is foreign to them, the United States of America. My students are immigrants or refugees, coming to our country to obtain a better life.
As immigrants or refugees, my students come to this country with little to no educational background.
With the phonics set, tactile letters, word tiles, and other materials I have selected, they will benefit by learning the basics of reading development, such letter/sound recognition, manipulation of sounds, and the formation of letters.
