My Project
Going from middle school to high school is a big change. It's harder now. Classes are harder. Friends are harder. There's more to do. It's important to know this is hard. A small gift at the end of the year, like food and pens, can help them learn and want to do well.
By donating to this project, you'll be giving our freshmen a well-deserved celebration of their successful first year.
It's not just food; it says "we care" and "good job." When we give rewards for trying hard, students feel good and like being with others. When students share food, they know each other better and help each other. Food can also give them energy and make them happy for the next year. Pens help with learning. A new pen means a fresh start and feeling ready. Students can use them to write in class, do homework, and say what they think. Writing helps them remember and think. Good pens tell them to learn and to talk clearly.
My main goal is to say "good job" to my students for working hard and finishing freshman year. These students are special because they are new and full of hope. They are learning about high school and what they are good at. They will try new things, change, and keep going. They bring new ideas and fun to the class. If we help them, they can grow. Moving from easy middle school to hard high school means they need our help.
