Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The students in my school range from grades 8 to 12. Our classes are full of intelligent, self driven, curious, and well rounded students, who are ready and willing to adapt to new ways of learning.

Our students take a variety of classes, ranging from the academically mandated classes to Advanced Placement Classes, Student Government and Leadership Classes, and a list of other academically challenging courses that help drive their interest and build their knowledge base.

Our students are always ready to lend a helping hand, acknowledging that service to others is one of the most important things we can do in society. They assist the Teachers, Counselors, and Administration as requested, and go above and beyond what is expected of them.

My Project

These Fountain Pens will go directly to the students who have earned their way into the Arista Academic Honor Society, and Archon Service Honor Society. The pens will have an immediately impact on students, as our students have never experienced an honor society installation before, and do not usually receive gifts of this caliber for achieving an academic or service goal.

The pens will serve as a reminder of the hard work that our students have endured throughout their years at Brooklyn Studio, and that their efforts have been appreciated and acknowledged.

For many students in our school, even the smallest congratulations and thank you, could change their world forever.
